Pegaunihan Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production scheduling and supervise on-site operations in Johor. You will ensure adherence to 5S standards, train new staff, and maintain quality compliance across shifts.
The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher and at least two years in a related field, with strong English and Malay skills; Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Taiwan colleagues.

1. Production Arrangement and Scheduling
Assign tasks to production personnel according to production schedules to ensure smooth progress of the production process.
Track production progress in each time period, solve the bottleneck problems in production, and ensure that the production tasks are completed on time.
2. On-site Management
Oversee daily production line operations, including tracking staff attendance, strict 5S standards, and enforcing workplace discipline, etc.
Facilitate new employee training programs, guiding team members to improve their operational skills and improve work efficiency.
3. Quality Management
Promote quality standards and requirements clearly to the team to ensure full understanding and compliance with quality specifications.
Monitor the quality status in the production process and promptly discover and correct quality problems.
Electronics industry experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate production goals and instructions clearly to the team.
Ability to respond effectively to production changes and operational emergencies.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit to perform effectively and maintain composure under tight production deadlines.
Abide by all work regulations and fully capable of adapting to a rotating day/night shift schedule.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools for daily operational reporting.
