Jora Malaysia is seeking an organised administrator with diploma qualifications to handle data entry, filing, recruitment support, and general office duties in Subang Jaya. The role involves processing invoices, maintaining records, coordinating interviews, and ensuring accurate documentation across departments.

Organise, check, and enter invoices, receipts, purchase documents, expenses, and other relevant information into the Company's system.
Follow up with outlets and relevant departments on missing, incomplete, or inaccurate documents.
Maintain proper physical and electronic filing of financial, employee, and administrative records.
Assist in posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and contacting suitable applicants for outlet positions.
Arrange interviews and maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview attendance, and interview outcomes.
Assist in collecting, checking, filing, and updating new and existing employees' documents and personnel records.
Prepare and update basic reports, forms, trackers, letters, and internal documents.
Coordinate documents and information between the head office, outlets, suppliers, and relevant departments.
Assist with general office administration and day-to-day departmental support.
Perform other related duties assigned by the Management or immediate superior.
Possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in data entry, administration, accounts, recruitment, or HR support will be an added advantage.
Proficient in reading and writing Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, email, and general office systems.
Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and able to complete work accurately within the required timeline.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to handle confidential financial, employee, and Company information appropriately.
Willing to learn and able to work independently with appropriate guidance.
