AFTERSHOCK PC SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales & E-Commerce Executive to manage and maintain our website and e-commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Lazada and Shopee.

You will edit product listings, images, and descriptions, ensure branding consistency, and collaborate with the Sales team on pricing and campaigns. This full-time role requires English, Bahasa Malaysia and possibly Mandarin, with maternity/paternity leave and medical allowance.

Formación

• Diploma/degree or professional certificate in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Web Content Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce management, website administration or related field.
• Basic photo editing skills (cropping, resizing, adjusting product images).
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop or similar editing tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time position; maternity and paternity leave; medical allowance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the company website and e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Lazada and Shopee

• Perform basic photo editing, resizing and cropping of product images for listings
• Ensure product images and visual content are clear, presentable and consistent with branding
• Update and maintain product listings, including specifications, descriptions, images and pricing
• Work with Sales team to coordinate product updates, pricing changes and promos
• Regularly review listings to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
• Undertake other assignments and duties as required by the Superior

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & E-Commerce Executive to manage and maintain our company website and e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company website and e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Lazada and Shopee

Edit, update and monitor website content and product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency

Perform basic photo editing, resizing and cropping of product images for website and e-commerce platform listings

Ensure product images and visual content are clear, presentable and consistent with the company's branding

Update and maintain product listings, including product specifications, descriptions, images and pricing

Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate product updates, pricing changes and promotional campaigns

Regularly review website and e-commerce listings to ensure all information is accurate and up to date

Undertake other special assignments, ad hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the Superior

About you

Diploma, Degree or Professional Certificate in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Web Content Management or a related field

At least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce management, website administration or a related field

Basic photo editing skills, including cropping, resizing and adjusting product images

Experience with Canva, Photoshop or similar editing tools is an advantage
