Bake With Yen is a leading baking ingredients retailer in Malaysia, supplying ingredients, premixes, accessories and tools through 89 stores nationwide. The company maintains its Food Service team to meet growing demand and offers baking classes across select locations.

We seek a field sales professional to drive new business in the food-service sector and manage key customer relationships. You will pitch bakery offerings, negotiate terms, and support customers with product knowledge and order

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years experience in food-service, retail, or business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills for pitching products and resolving client complaints
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport for field visits and territory route sales
• Familiarity with basic inventory

Responsibilities

• Find new business clients (cafes, grocers, and restaurants) and pitch bakery offerings
• Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, process reorders, and handle inquiries
• Explain ingredients, daily specials, and custom order options to buyers
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and credit terms while securing signed agreements
• Track local competitor pricing, consumer food trends, and seasonal demands
