Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education (SPM/O Level)
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, additional languages are a plus
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work at Bukit Kemuning, Selangor
• Knowledges on Autocount software is an advantage

Job description

This role coordinates the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. You will ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials, respond to customer complaints, and provide after-sales support when requested.

Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales-support when requested

Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Prepare invoicing and customer service documentation

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other language are an advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Kemuning Selangor

Knowledges on Autocount system are an advantages.
