Job summary

BIO3 SCIENTIFIC SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Support to assist sales representatives in preparing enquiries and quotations, and to handle daily administrative operations.

You will respond to end user enquiries or feedback on quotation updates, conduct stock checking with suppliers, upload tenders/bids on the online portal, and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

• Respond to end user\'s enquiries or feedback to principal on quotation updates.
• Stock checking by ensuring receiving the correct items and quantities from suppliers.
• Act as sales support to upload tender/bidding through online website.
• Perform any ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
