This full-time role supports operations and helps maintain asset records and inventories. You will track asset ledgers, oversee usage across offices, update records, and conduct monthly checks. A Diploma or higher, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Malaysia

The Role

We're seeking a meticulous and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' in our KL Eco City office in Kuala Lumpur. As the Admin Executive - Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Track, monitor, and maintain the company's asset ledger in a timely manner.

Oversee daily asset usage, allocation, storage, resale, and disposal for both the Headquarters and BTC offices to reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.

Manage and update asset records, ensuring accurate status and location tracking.

Conduct monthly and annual asset inventory checks.

Ensure compliance with fixed asset management policies and monitor nationwide asset management processes and standards.

What We're Looking For

Must possess at least Diploma or higher education qualification.
