Job summary

DCH Contract Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., a Dah Chong Hong Company, is seeking an Officer / Senior Officer (Executive) - QMS to coordinate and monitor the QA program. You will work closely with various departments to plan, schedule and implement QA-related activities.

You will lead internal/external audits, provide training on food safety and GMP, and maintain the QMS while monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring corrective actions are closed. Strong knowledge of GMP and food safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor internal/external audits and improve auditing structures/processes.
• Provide technical training on food safety, quality systems and GMP requirements.
• Maintain and monitor the food safety management system; track regulatory changes and implement actions.
• Plan, schedule and implement GMP, Food Safety and QMS training programs.
• Coordinate follow-up with external audits and close corrective actions.
• Monitor QA KPIs and audit results for monthly MR.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Officer / Senior Officer (Executive) - QMS

Established, coordinates, monitors and facilitate the quality assurance program, works closely with other departments to plan, schedule and implement QA related activities.

2. Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance) % of time spent

i) Planning, scheduling and monitoring the progress of internal and external audit program whilst improving the

auditing structures & processes. (25%)

ii) Provide technical training to employees regarding the adequacy of food safety program, quality systems and

GMP requirements. (15%)

iii) Maintain food safety management system, monitor and review regulatory and legislative changes, preparing

company’s response to regulatory changes and following up with appropriate areas to ensure required

changes are implemented. (15%)

iv) Planning, scheduling & implementing effective GMP, Food Safety and/ or QMS training programs. (10%)

v) Follow up and verification of external audits by principals, certifications & regulatory body to ensure its

corrective actions has been closed. (10%)

vi) Monitor CAPAR, CCF, Internal and External Audit results and Quality KPI Analysis for monthly MR. (10%)

vii) Carry out other related function as assigned by the superior.

viii) In the absent of the incumbent, the next authority level shall be the immediate superior responsible.
