Job summary

PMD Holdings Sdn. Bhd. in Johor is seeking an organized, entry-level Quotation Coordinator to support customers and projects from day one.

You will learn to read drawings, prepare quotations, plan site visits, coordinate materials and schedules, and keep clients updated as projects progress. Fresh graduates welcome; training provided; a small, supportive team offers hands-on experience in renovation design and execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic understanding of renovation or construction drawings.
• Good with Excel or Google Sheets, especially formulas and calculations
• Able to communicate in English (Mandarin or Malay is an advantage)
• Organised, responsible and able to handle several jobs at once
• Experience in renovation, construction or interior is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Customers & Quotations

• Reply to customer enquiries by WhatsApp, phone and email
• Read floor plans, drawings and site measurements
• Calculate area, length, quantity and materials needed
• Prepare quotations and simple cost calculations
• Follow up with customers on quotations

Project Coordination

• Arrange site visits and appointments
• Plan daily job schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Brief workers on job location, timing, work scope and materials
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries
• Track project progress and outstanding work
• Keep customers updated during their project

Admin

• Update customer, quotation and project records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

WORKING HOURS

We also run an online shop selling bicycles, e-bikes and gadgets on Shopee and other platforms.

We are a small, hands-on team. You will work on real projects from day one, learn quickly, and see your designs get built.
