Job summary

PMD Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Interior Design / Architecture Construction / Renovation Admin to support customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage project records.

The role involves reading floor plans, coordinating site visits, and assisting with daily renovation administration in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; basic knowledge of renovation drawings and proficiency in Excel/Sheets are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of renovation/construction drawings.
• Good in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Prepare quotations and simple cost calculations.
• Read floor plans, drawings and measurements.
• Calculate area, length, quantity and material requirements.
• Arrange site visits and appointments.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and daily job schedules.
• Inform workers of job location, timing, work scope and materials.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and ongoing works.
• Track project progress and outstanding work.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries when required.
• Update customer, quotation and project records.
• Assist with general office and renovation project administration.
