Jora Malaysia is seeking an administrator to manage daily office operations and foreign worker documentation. The role supports compliance, SOP implementation, and overall business objectives through efficient admin practices.

Responsible for managing administrative functions, including foreign worker administration and office operations. Ensures compliance with regulations, implements SOPs, and supports overall business objectives through efficient admin practices.
Handle daily office administration and general office operations.
Manage office supplies, maintenance, cleaning, vendors, and facility-related matters.
Coordinate repairs, servicing, and maintenance works.
Manage company assets and maintain updated inventory records.
Supervise administrative staff and assist with office budget management.
Manage foreign worker documentation and related processes.
Maintain proper and updated records of foreign workers.
Liaise with government agencies, agents, and service providers on foreign worker matters.
Coordinate foreign worker-related administrative and welfare matters.
Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in office administration, facilities, maintenance, or foreign worker management is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malay, English,and Mandarin proficiency are an advantage
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
