Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support day-to-day operations and consultant activities in a busy consultancy environment. You will assist with preparing client documents, quotations, invoices, and maintaining records.
The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, ease with Microsoft Word and Excel, and a proactive, independent working style. Travel to client sites may be required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Perform day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth running of the company.
Assist consultants in preparing, organising, and maintaining client documents, project files, reports, and other relevant materials.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, letters, forms, reports, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate schedules and appointments with clients, consultants, trainers, and other relevant parties.
Assist in arranging meetings, training sessions, audits, and client site visits.
Maintain and update client databases, records, and documentation.
Assist with filing, document tracking, data entry, and maintaining proper records for easy retrieval.
Assist consultants with administrative and ad hoc tasks related to consultancy projects and client requirements.
Assist with coordinating logistics and materials for training programmes, meetings, and other company activities.
Assist in communicating with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels when required.
Support the preparation and organisation of documents related to ISO, MSPO, HRD Corp training, and other consultancy services.
Assist with other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Office Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage documents systematically.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to handle ad hoc tasks.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an advantage.
Willing to travel to client sites when required.
