Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable individual to manage online stores, upload products, and handle customer orders. The role involves photo tasks, simple promotional content, and inventory support in a busy e-commerce setting.

Experience with Shopee/TikTok Shop/Facebook is a plus; candidates should be reliable, able to work independently, and willing to learn and work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or above.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Facebook is an advantage.
• Retail or e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn and work overtime when required.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages and non-halal products.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, live streaming, or AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) is an added advantage.
• location : Pauh, Arau, Perlis.

Responsibilities

• Manage online platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook.
• Upload products, update product information, and process customer orders.
• Respond to customer enquiries and arrange order packing and shipping.
• Assist in product photography and create simple promotional content.
• Manage store merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory.
• Support daily store operations and customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
