Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive eCommerce Operations Excellence to support day‑to‑day operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand.com, ensuring accurate listings and timely updates.

You will coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service teams, assist in campaigns, track KPIs, and prepare simple reports in a fast‑paced environment, including during campaign periods, on a 6‑month contract.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, E‑Commerce, Marketing, or Operations.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in e‑commerce operations, online retail, or marketplace support.
• Basic hands‑on experience with online marketplaces or order management systems.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during campaign periods.
• Willing to work for contract 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations across channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand.com.
• Assist in maintaining accurate product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and stock availability.
• Monitor and process orders, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, customer service teams, and platform representatives.
• Support execution of campaigns and major sales events.
• Track basic operational KPIs including order fulfilment rate, cancellation rate, and return issues.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer escalations within agreed timelines.
• Prepare simple daily, weekly, or monthly operational and performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and marketplace policies.
