Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an Acquisition Systems and Capabilities Specialist to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team. You will support the Sales Team by expanding the partner network and equipping sales with tools and insights to engage high-potential partners.

You will own competitive intelligence tooling, data pipelines, and a mobile-first vendor sign-up tool, while collaborating with product, sales, and regional leads to align with global strategy and local market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy & Operations or Sales Operations.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
• Experience implementing sales/operational tools and collaborating with product teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve competitive intelligence tools, data pipelines, and insight reporting.
• Drive adoption of a mobile-first vendor sign-up tool for sales lead conversion.
• Analyze competition and sales data, identify gaps, and flag risks to stakeholders.
• Build and enhance performance tracking and reporting to inform GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and regional leads to align intelligence with global and local needs.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to new features for lead-to-conversion workflows.
