Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as a strategic recruitment partner for our regional Data & Analytics teams across APAC and EU. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from sourcing and hiring to onboarding and internal mobility.

You will manage full lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and ensure compliant processes while maintaining a strong employer brand across regional markets in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• . A degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in tech/startup environments.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in English.
• Cross-border hiring experience across APAC and EU is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Oversee offers, contracts, and expatriate hiring compliance.
• Lead internal and external recruitment activities and mobility.
• Partner with hiring managers to define strategy and pipelines in talent acquisition.
• Own hiring pipeline and meet targets across volume and niche roles.
• Translate business needs into compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Maintain ATS data quality and protect employer brand.
