Job summary

Delivery Hero's foodpanda brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our regional Data & Analytics hiring efforts across APAC and EU. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from sourcing and hiring to onboarding and internal mobility, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract data talent at pace.

In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will craft compelling job descriptions, manage the ATS, and guide hiring decisions with market insights.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial or tech/startup environments.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and engaging top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from offer and onboarding to compliance and expatriate hiring processes.
• Lead internal and external recruitment activities, including internal mobility initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent with the right skills and capabilities.
• Own and manage your hiring pipeline end-to-end, delivering on targets and timelines across both volume and niche roles.
• Develop understanding of the business and key talent markets to advise on hiring decisions with market insights.
• Translate business needs into compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles, ensuring high-quality advertisements and employer branding.
• Maintain the ATS system with data accuracy and process excellence.
