Job summary

QL Farms Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to manage monthly close, financial reporting, and cash flow oversight for our Sabah/Tawau operations. You will coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly full-set accounts and accurate monthly financial reports.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliations and proper recording of transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and working capital requirements to support business operations.
• Prepare tax-related reports and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements while maintaining accurate records and effective internal controls.
