Job summary

Quality Assurance Executive (Farming Division)

Snapshot of the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive (Farming Division) to join us under our Integrated Livestock Farming (ILF) division. This position is placed in the Centre of Excellence (COE) team and plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our farming operations. As Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining quality control systems throughout our farming division. This role is integral to ensuring regulatory compliance, providing guidance on best practices and quality requirements and delivering consistent excellence to our stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Driven To Do

Compiles data from Quality Assurance program, farm performance data and flock monitoring programs initiated by COE to communicate outcomes of monitoring activities.

Assists senior staff in developing, writing and translating SOP to document best practices and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Organizes farm conferences/seminar/training activities to update of knowledge team members and subsidiaries.

Assist Manager in performing farm audit to check for compliance to work procedure.

Assists QA Manager or Assistant Manager in developing training content and managing training administration for QL Poultry School and other training programs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in animal husbandry/science or farming related.

1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the poultry farming sector with Halal and/or food safety knowledge.

Good knowledge of poultry farming practices, animal husbandry and quality management systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and report.

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to be based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
