Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing full set of accounts, financial closing and financial reports.
• Own transport required.
• High proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile cash disbursement entries.
• Maintain and post journal entries.
• Review the chart of accounts and ensure month end entries are complete.
• Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial and management accounts.
• Prepare costing analyses for monthly meetings.
• Coordinate monthly physical stock count and prepare stock variances report.
• Ensure all audit and tax schedules are prepared on time.
