You will ensure timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments, and engage in month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounts payable process including reviewing, coding, and processing invoices and payments.
• Perform 3-way and 2-way matching of invoices to PO, GR/IR.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with Purchasing.
