Entegris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Advisor, Shared Services (Accounts Payable) to manage end-to-end AP processes. You will handle vendor invoices, validate against POs/GRs, and ensure timely payments while maintaining supplier relationships.

The role requires at least 2 years in AP, strong SAP/Excel skills, and SOX compliance knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Join a multinational team supporting financial controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar function.
• Basic understanding of AP processes, accounting principles, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate vendor invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders, and goods receipts.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and reconcile statements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, GR/IR variances, and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and SOX controls.
• Support internal and external audit activities with proper documentation and reporting.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
