The role covers daily AP processing (PO/non-PO), timely payments, month-end closing support, and liaison with stakeholders on POs and discrepancies. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, with AP/Shared Services experience preferred. Excel and ERP proficiency are expected to support policy improvements and AP automation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in Accounts Payable / Finance Shared Services is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including PO and non-PO invoice processing and verification.
• Ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and within agreed timelines/SLA.
• Support month-end closing, including AP reconciliation and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Follow up with Purchasing and internal stakeholders on pending POs, approvals, invoice discrepancies and payment matters.
• Prepare payment registers and ensure all supporting documents are complete for approval.
• Support the implementation and improvement of AP policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Participate in AP automation and process improvement projects, including invoice data extraction and ERP automation.
• Assist with variance analysis, reporting and other ad-hoc finance projects.
