Responsabilités

• Invoice processing with verification for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Schedule and process vendor payments by checks or electronic transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP ledgers, resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with financial reports, monitor AP aging, and comply with policies.
• Issue Purchase Orders per Purchasing department requirements and pay accordingly.
