Qualifikationen

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative support preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes, SST, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily accounting entries and General Ledger records.
• Handle the full cycle of Accounts Receivable (Billing) and Accounts Payable (Vendors).
• Perform bank statement and customer account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain organized filing for invoices, tax records (SST), and payment vouchers for audits.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to verify billing accuracy and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Provide administrative finance support and data for monthly reporting.
• Assist the Account Manager with required support and ad-hoc tasks.
