Job summary

ASJ Components (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage monthly AP payments and ad hoc payments. You will handle monthly freight expenses and prepare freight analysis reports for management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will also perform reconciliations and other AP-related administrative duties, with exposure to SAP and strong Excel proficiency. Fresh graduates are welcome; English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification, Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
• Having SAP software knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
