Job summary

LED Vision Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant in Malacca City to manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain records, and support monthly closings.

You will prepare journal entries, assist with financial reporting, and ensure e-Invoicing compliance with LHDN/MyInvois. The role welcomes Diploma/Degree holders with 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates for junior positions, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with SQL Accounting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; Fresh graduates welcome for junior roles.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL Accounting is a plus; knowledge of Malaysia e-Invoicing (LHDN/MyInvois) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments promptly.
• Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform monthly closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in financial statements and reporting.
• Generate e-invoices via LHDN/MyInvois and ensure accuracy of details.
