Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage AP, GL and AR functions in our Ipoh finance team. The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, supplier reconciliations, periodic journal entries, and timely financial reporting.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain healthy cash flow and accurate accounts. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office and accounting software skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with AP, GL and AR exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable: invoice verification against documents and purchase orders.
• Manage GL/AR functions, monitor receivables and prepare ageing reports.
• Prepare period-end journals and financial statements for review.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and analysis tasks as needed.
• Maintain supplier ledgers and reconcile statements; monitor cash flow and payments.
