Job summary

MYS ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts & Procurement Executive in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role oversees accounts payable, supplier coordination, purchasing and documentation, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Accounting and 2–3 years in AP or related roles, with procurement exposure and strong Excel/accounting software knowledge. Growth and supportive team environment offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Procurement or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Procurement or supplier management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, invoicing, payment and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel) and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, payment processing and reconciliation.
• Maintain supplier records, payment schedules and supporting documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations as required.
• Prepare and process purchase orders according to procedures.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules for timely fulfilment.
