Job summary

Hock Heng Marketing (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Payable cum Purchasing Executive to handle payments, invoices, and purchasing needs. You will manage accounts payable close, process requisitions and POs, and maintain accurate records and supplier relationships.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute efficiently. On-the-job training is provided to support your onboarding and success.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timely closure of accounts.
• Record all accounts payable and payment transactions.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; reorder as needed to keep stock.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received and ensure PO deliveries.
• Select suppliers and maintain relations with them.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
