Job summary

HSP Power Systems SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts Payable role to process supplier invoices, manage AP transactions and support payments. The position involves supplier statement reconciliations, filing, and coordination with internal teams on payment matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Candidates with Accounts Payable or accounting experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Handle Accounts Payable transactions and assist with the preparation and processing of payments.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and records for Accounts Payable documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on payment and invoice-related matters.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting-related tasks.
