Job summary

TAN CHONG INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT SDN BHD is seeking an Account Executive to manage AP/AR activities, process invoices and prepare payments. You will ensure proper approvals, perform reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in AP/AR or full-set accounting preferred.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Process invoices, payment vouchers, credit and debit notes.
• Verify invoices against supporting documents and obtain approvals before payment.
• Perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, receiving notes and invoices.
