Job summary

allnex is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Intern in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will gain hands-on experience in AP processes, learn financial operations, and work with professionals who will mentor you. Qualifications

• Available for a 6 months internship
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
• High sense of responsibility and accountability

Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Generate and process payments as necessary
• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
• Execute accounts reconciliation
• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
• Follow internal policies and procedures on all tasks assigned
