Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices in the accounting system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, goods received, and supporting documents.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, accrual issues, and missing documentation.
• Process vendor payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate invoice, payment, and supporting documentation records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding or overdue invoices.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
