Job summary

CapBay Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable, AM to oversee the AP function in a fast-paced FinTech environment in Malaysia. You will manage invoices, payments, coding, and reconciliations while leading an AP team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You should have a minimum of 5 years in AP, a bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential for success at CapBay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Payable or related finance role.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite and AP automation tools preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the AP team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee day-to-day AP operations, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate coding and timely processing in the accounting system.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor AP ageing and resolve outstanding invoices promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement and treasury for cash flow planning.
