Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely closing of monthly and yearly management accounts.
• Collect delivery orders and invoices from transporters, ensure submission on time.
• Verify the accuracy of prices in supplier invoices and liaise with Operations/Transporters if price is incorrect.
• Process accounts payable in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Record supplier invoices into the accounting system and ensure timely payments.
• Handle daily documentation and maintain a proper filing system; scan and rename files on the company server; input data into the accounting system; assist ad-hoc tasks.
