Job summary

H Tech Marketing Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, ensure tax compliance, and support overall financial operations.

Responsibilities include daily data entry of invoices and bills, processing transactions in our accounting software (Autocount), preparing reports, and assisting with monthly and yearly closings.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry of invoices/billings from suppliers/service providers, credit note, debit note, etc.
• Processing transactions by accounting software, updating ledgers, preparing daily financial reports.
• Checking daily income and expenditure.
• Assist with monthly and yearly financial closings.
• Maintain proper record keeping & filing system for all financial documents.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
