The role requires a degree in accounting, 1–2 years SSC experience, SAP proficiency, and strong English plus Mandarin language skills to collaborate with Greater China SSC. A proactive, process-improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1-2 years working experience in shared service center – Account Payable.
• Experience in handling multiple markets (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, India) is preferred.
• Proficient with SAP & Microsoft Office.
• Must possess initiative and a strong motivation to seek continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable payment processes: validation, preparation, processing, and clearing.
• Review payment requests for completeness, accuracy and policy compliance.
• Validate vendor details, bank accounts, payment values, methods and value date.
• Prepare payment runs through SAP and banking platforms.
• Monitor payment status and resolve rejected, failed or delayed payments.
• Perform payment reconciliation and liaise with banks and vendors.
• Support General Ledger activities including journal booking and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure postings are accurate.
• Support audits and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain AP/GL process documentation.
