A leading financial services firm in Malaysia, Penang is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, ensure compliance with financial policies, and support audits. Requires a degree in Accountancy with 1-2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and effective communication in English. Knowledge of SAP and Excel Macro is a plus. Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting professional qualification.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of related working experience.
• Effective communication skills with good spoken & written English.
• Team player and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel Macro will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the daily Accounts Payable operations.
• Ensure all requests are handled per Service Level Agreement.
• Perform Month End Close activities such as accrual and reconciliation.
• Support AP self-assessment and audits.
• Proactively challenge and improve current processes.
• Maintain AP dashboard and perform KPI analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentation decks for management.
