Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting professional qualification.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of related working experience.
• Effective communication skills with good spoken & written English.
• Team player and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel Macro will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily Accounts Payable operations.
• Ensure all requests are handled per Service Level Agreement.
• Perform Month End Close activities such as accrual and reconciliation.
• Support AP self-assessment and audits.
• Proactively challenge and improve current processes.
• Maintain AP dashboard and perform KPI analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentation decks for management.
