Job summary

LUXASIA, the leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific, is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage daily AP tasks, validate invoices, process claims, and execute batch payments in SAP. You will work with local finance and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, generate AP ageing and reconciliations, and support month-end close and process improvements.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of AP experience, SAP familiarity, strong English and MS Office skills, and be willing

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of AP or related accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process supplier invoices and claims.
• Process batch payments and manage payment runs.
• Prepare AP ageing, GR/IR and vendor reconciliations.
• Support monthly close and SAP closing activities.
• Respond to stakeholder queries and drive process improvements.
• Document SOPs and support automation initiatives.
