Job summary

KLN Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive - Account Payable on a fixed-term contract to manage end-to-end AP activities. The role covers invoice processing, 3-way matching, and timely payments for a logistics-focused finance team.

You will maintain vendor master data, respond to payment inquiries, and support monthly close, audits, and AP reporting in a dynamic shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of AP experience in a high-volume shared services environment.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or multinational setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of GST regulations in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
• Familiarity with 3-way matching processes and procure‑to‑pay workflows.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review vendor invoices via multiple channels; perform 3-way matching to verify accuracy.
• Post and code invoices in KLN systems (SMART OFFICE / SUN SAAS) promptly.
• Classify invoices to cost centers and GL accounts per chart of accounts.
• Prepare and execute weekly/bi-weekly payment runs; ensure payments within vendor terms.
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
• Reconcile vendor statements; maintain up-to-date vendor master data (bank details, contacts).
• Assist in month-end closing; provide AP schedules, aging reports, and cash flow data.
