Job summary

Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to handle day-to-day AP activities, verify invoices, process vendor payments and perform reconciliations.

Responsibilities include preparing AP ageing reports, following up on outstanding invoices, assisting in tax schedules, tax deductions at source, and maintaining orderly payment records. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2 years' relevant experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting or Taxation is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good attention to detail with basic analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.

Job description

Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including invoice verification, processing of vendor payments and account reconciliations.

Assist in monitoring payment transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and availability of allocated funds.

Prepare and update Accounts Payable ageing reports and follow up on outstanding invoices to facilitate timely payments.

Assist in preparing monthly tax schedules for direct and indirect tax computation.

Assist in verifying and processing tax deductions at source on vendor payments and service transactions.

Assist in preparing CP58 forms and supporting documents for annual submission to the tax authority.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of payment records, tax schedules and other related financial documents.

Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements:-

Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Preferably with 2 years' relevant working experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting or Taxation.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Good attention to detail with basic analytical and reconciliation skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and external parties.

Able to work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
