Job summary

Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor dealers’ KPIs and drive improvement across the nationwide network.

You will develop action plans to boost productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction and support dealer appointments, relocations, facility upgrades and succession planning. Key responsibilities include analyzing trends to identify underperforming dealers, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports, and ensuring timely dealer audits

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive dealer operations.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong presentation and business review facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Willing to travel nationwide for dealer visits and meetings.
