The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 1–3 years in AP or related functions. Mandarin language ability is a plus for liaising with China counterparts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of AP or accounting experience.
• Familiar with accounting software and Excel.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Mandarin speaking ability is a plus to liaise with China counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, debit notes, and payment requests accurately.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing documentation.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and AP reporting.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers regarding payment matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Support audit and tax-related documentation when required.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
