Job summary

CHONG TATT ENTERPRISE SDN BHD is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Malaysia, Penang. The role will handle the full AR function, issue debit/credit notes and receipts, and monitor customer payments and balances.

Responsibilities include reconciling customer accounts, following up on overdue accounts, and assisting in month-end closing to ensure AR accuracy. Other accounting and admin duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Issue debit notes, credit notes and official receipts accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue statements of account.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing and ensure all AR transactions are recorded accurately.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
