Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is hiring for an HR/Finance/Account role handling full-set accounting, payroll, and HR operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate with auditors and manage AR, credit control and financial risks while supporting HR administration and policy implementation.

The role requires leadership, independence, and strong organizational skills to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-set accounting and financial management.
• Knowledge of credit control and HR operations is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCount and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and process optimization skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts and coordinate with external auditors for financial reporting.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR), credit control and financial risk management.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Support HR administration and employee-related matters.
• Review and optimize internal processes and assist with policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, HR and statutory requirements.
• Work closely with management to support business growth and operational efficiency.
