Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll, statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB) and monthly reports.
• Coordinate HR activities: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll.
• Prepare employment letters, HR documentation, and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
