Bike Continent Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable HR & Accounting Coordinator in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will handle hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and attendance while ensuring policy compliance and confidentiality.

You will also manage AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and cost reporting, liaising with auditors and authorities as needed. The role requires a Diploma in HR Management or Accounting with 2–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and HR.
• Knowledge of payroll and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Experience with AutoCount accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Create and advertise job descriptions.
• Prepare employment contracts and documentation.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
• Administer payroll and employee benefits.
• Manage attendance, leave, and time-off requests.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs.
• Organize employee events and recognition programs.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Monitor and reconcile manufacturing costs, inventory, WIP, and finished goods.
• Prepare SST submissions and ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
• Support budgeting, cash flow management, and cost analysis.
