Job summary

You will handle daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and forecasts, ensure tax compliance (SST/VAT), maintain internal controls, and liaise with auditors and banks. A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and proficiency with AutoCount, SQL, and MS Excel are required; manufacturing experience is a plus. This role is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount) and MS Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.
• Assist in month-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly financial reports.
• Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including tax filings (SST/VAT) and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
• Monitor and maintain the fixed assets register.
