TURBO CONTROL SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage the full accounting cycle, including GL/AP/AR, month-end close, and financial reporting. You will record journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and help prepare management reports with variance analysis.

The role requires 2–3 years in accounting, proficiency with accounting software, and solid knowledge of Malaysian tax and statutory requirements. Strong analytical skills and independence are essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong knowledge of full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR) including month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Record journal entries, maintain general ledger, and perform account reconciliations.
• Process employee expense reports, staff claims, and payroll-related entries.
• Record and maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and lease commitments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis.
• Compute taxes owed and assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support statutory audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Maintain accounting records, filing systems, and enforce effective internal controls.
• Analyze financial data, costs, and trends to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and accounting procedures.
